praktikabel.org dedicates itself predominantly to the cultural, scientific and economic exchange between Europe and India.

By placing internees we don’t only want to contribute to enrich peoples' vocational experiences, but also to unite cultures and to make a contribution to the integration of our World. Whenever we arrive to a new place and experience another culture we have to face different legal and political systems as well as different social conventions. The unique opportunity to immerse ourselves into the vocational daily routine of another culture opens a totally new professional and personal perspective. Tolerance and openess are basic prerequisites if you want to apply for an internship through us. Our service is mainly directed to students; nevertheless it is open to professionals, pupils and apprentices.

praktikabel.org is an organization lead by Jan Holzhauer and Benjamin Itter. Both founders have lived, studied and worked for a long time in Kerala and are very familiar with the country, its culture, people and local conditions.
